These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of tromblystacklebox.com and purchases made from Trombly’s Tackle Box through our website.
Trombly’s Tackle Box Ltd. operates this website and sells outdoor sporting goods, fishing equipment, camping supplies, hunting and shooting products, outdoor living products, and related merchandise.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your cart.
Our initial order-received email confirms that we have received your order. It does not confirm that the order has been accepted, that every item is available, or that the final shipping cost has been confirmed.
We review each order for product availability, pickup or shipping requirements, and any applicable product restrictions. Your order is accepted when we confirm that it is ready for pickup or has shipped.
We may cancel or adjust an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, restricted from sale or shipping, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled. If we cancel an order after a payment has been captured, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, pricing, images and inventory information are accurate. However, errors may occur and inventory may change before an order is reviewed.
If there is an error in the price, availability or description of an item in your order, we may correct the error, contact you with the available options, or cancel the affected item or order.
Some products may be available for in-store pickup only, require a shipping quote, or be unavailable for online purchase.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on the delivery or pickup location.
Your card is authorized when you place an order. An authorization is not a completed charge. We complete the charge once your order is confirmed and ready for pickup or shipping.
If an order requires a revised shipping charge, we will contact you with the updated amount and obtain your approval before completing the charge.
We may correct obvious pricing errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding or cancel the affected item or order.
Free in-store pickup is available from our Orillia store.
Eligible orders over $150 receive free standard shipping, excluding fishing rods and oversized items.
Eligible orders under $150 receive $20 flat-rate standard shipping.
Fishing rods ship for a flat rate of $40 per order, regardless of the number of rods purchased. The fishing-rod shipping rate applies even when the order total is over $150.
Orders that include oversized items may require a shipping quote and may not qualify for standard flat-rate or free shipping.
Remote destinations and orders outside Canada may require additional shipping charges. We will contact you with the revised shipping cost and obtain your approval before completing the charge.
Duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and tariffs for orders shipped outside Canada are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery timelines may vary based on product availability, destination, carrier service and weather conditions. Any delivery estimate is an estimate only.
Some products are subject to legal, carrier or safety restrictions and are not available through standard online shipping. These include firearms, ammunition, fuels (such as propane, butane and naphtha) and some oversized items.
Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, licence requirements and product-specific conditions.
Trombly’s Tackle Box may require additional information or verification before completing an order for a restricted product. We may cancel any order that cannot legally or safely be fulfilled.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We will do our best to help if the order has not already been prepared for pickup or shipping.
Unused items in their original packaging and condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Paintball markers, firearms, ammunition, bows, pellet guns, water toys, books and maps, software, fuels, special orders and items marked final sale can’t be returned. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs. For other returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. A restocking fee may apply to some items. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that may be available to you under applicable consumer protection laws, including Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
